Metro Square is a major commercial intersection located in the business district of midtown Metropolis at the intersections of 42nd street and the Avenue of Tomorrow. Known for its many theatres, shops, restaurants, and nightclubs, it is one of the most bustling places in Metropolis.

Located in downtown Metropolis, this college was the same one that the young Clark Kent attended shortly before becoming Superman.

Considered an Ivy League town by many, Mount Royal is home to the city's most esteemed learning centers in southwestern Metropolis.

Protected areas, in their natural state, set aside for recreation and enjoyment of the citizens.

Located just outside of Metropolis, Cadmus is a scientific research center famous for its achievements in genetic engineering and human cloning capabilities.

The slums of Metropolis. A neighborhood known to have the highest crime rate in the city and a lot of corruption. However, it also has the lowest property prices.

Located on the western portion of Long Island, Queens is home to two of the three major New York City area airports. The borough is considered one of the more suburban boroughs of New York City.

Alcatraz is an island located in San Francisco Bay. It originally served as a lighthouse and a military fortification before being converted into a prison facility. Over the years, Alcatraz has been the scene of several escape attempts and fights between super-powered combatants.

Coast City is a California urban center located "less than half an hour from Edwards (Airforce Base) and twenty minutes from Fort Rock." Coast City includes an extensive beach, and is a popular spot for surfing.

Lex Luthor has attempted to buy out S.T.A.R. on at least one occasion. The technology used to maintain Cyborg's mechanical parts comes from S.T.A.R. Labs. These parts were also used to create cybernetic enhancements for Ron Evers.

Stark Industries is a multinational conglomerate with facilities in over thirty different countries on all seven continents. The President and CEO of Stark Industries is billionaire industrialist Anthony "Tony" Stark, also known as the super-hero Iron Man.

Green Lantern Headquarters essentially. Oa is where the Green central power battery is kept which powers the rings across the universe.

Asgard is home to the Norse Gods. The door to it is located in Oklahoma. It was recently attacked by the Dark Avengers.
